Findova is a job board designed for high school students to discover internship opportunities. By using Findova, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data
When you use Findova, we may collect:

• First name and last name
• School name
• Grade level
• Resume text
• Extracted skills from resumes or inputs

Usage Data
We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit timing, and device identifiers.

We use your data to provide and maintain the platform, match students with relevant opportunities, improve features, communicate updates, and analyze platform performance.

We use Supabase as our database and backend service provider. Your data is securely stored and managed through their infrastructure.

We may share your information with service providers, business partners for relevant opportunities where applicable, as required by law, or during business transfers. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

If you create a profile or post information, some data may be visible to other users or employers. Please be mindful of what you share.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time.

You can access your data, update your information, or request deletion of your data. To do so, contact us at Findovateam@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Findova is intended for high school students, generally ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use Findova.

If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Findovateam@gmail.com and we will take immediate action.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Findova may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
